Matt woke me up on Sunday night to tell me that Bin Laden had been killed. I first felt disbelief, and then fear. I just kept thinking, what in the world will they do to us now? I read people's Facebook posts about our worries being over and that we can sleep better knowing he's dead, and I couldn't help but wonder if people really thought that terrorism was destroyed because we killed one member of the network? If anything, we just poked our finger in a huge hornet's nest! That's just my own fear of retaliation, and I do believe it's coming. I just hope that we're ready to fight it. Naturally, I have a lot of pride in our military for their efforts, as I always do. Those men and women do incredible service to our nation and they should be paid millions for their sacrifices!
